Friends?

This reminds me a lot of the animation called: "The Iron Giant" were a boy and a robot becomes friends. It actually makes me smile to watch. But I do have some constructive crituque to your technique. I think you are above average when it comes to digital drawing, but you should play more with soft against rough lines. I can tell you do it, but I think you should work more with it. The upper left arm of the robot, the head and chest are spot on. But the rest of your piece of art seems blurry. -And since it is a robot it would without a doubt take to look strong and more edgy. It is like the sky blurr into the robot instead of standing out. The kid and the grass are blurry as well, but that would after my taste not be a bad thing if the robot were edgy since it would make a faboules contrast. But remember I am only suggesting.
